Gail O’Dea


Gail O’Dea has been a part of the BodyWorks community since its inception, originally as a massage therapist and yoga student. After completion of the Integrated Yoga Teacher Training, she has been the instructor of the Beginners Yoga class on Saturday mornings. This class promotes the basics of Hatha Yoga — strengthening and stretching the muscles of the body in a safe way, increasing balance, working with breathwork and movement which lowers stress levels in the body, and creating the foundations for a practice which will improve coordination, mindfulness, self appreciation and the foundation necessary to move on to other more advanced classes, if the student desires.
