Aerial Yoga: This yoga style uses a soft fabric designed to support you in yoga postures. The hammock is flexible, making it available to support the weight of the body to assist postural alignment so you can relax into the hammock and allow your muscles to release. The hammock also can be used to boost strength and endurance. Each class will be uniquely crafted to offer a balance of conditioning and relaxation with foundations in Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Arts, Fitness and Meditation in a fun and uplifting way.

Beginning Yoga: An introduction to the fundamentals of the yoga postures.

Chair Yoga: A gentle yoga class practiced sitting in a chair, designed to relax, renew and rejuvenate the mind and body.

Gentle Yoga: Suitable for anyone new to yoga or anyone with limitations and/or chronic stress. Learn the process of letting go of tensions, worries and habits by using breath and movement synchronized together.

Hatha Yoga: This instruction, Levels 2-4, emphasizes alignment of body, breath, mind and spirit with each yoga pose.

Integrative Yoga: A well-balanced class focused on using the whole-person approach to yoga that supports health and well-being.

Krishnamacharya Tradition Yoga: This form of yoga emphasizes alignment of body, breath, mind, and spirit within each yoga pose. This precision builds strength and stamina, balance and flexibility, avoids injury and maximizes benefits, and provides a deep sense of well-being.
*Please note the Sunday class is 2 hours long and $21 for a drop-in.*

Kundalini Yoga: This form of yoga works to balance the energy systems in the body, including the brain, glandular, and nervous systems.

Lunchtime Yoga: An opportunity for an hour-long yoga on your lunch break.

Meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra: Each class will offer a method that helps promote ease and balance.Various forms of meditation may be a way to look at the reactive mind. Yoga postures, walking, and other forms of movement may also be supportive when done with curious attention to our body/mind relationship.

Mindful Flow: A slow to moderate flow-style class designed for the advanced beginner to intermediate student. Emphasis will be on moving mindfully through skillful alignment, strength, and unity with the breath.

Recharge, Refuel and Reinvigorate: Life can be harsh. Caring for children is taxing. Tending to the health care issues of a loved one is draining.Loosing a parent, spouse or close friend is devastating, And somehow day after day you are expected to be strong and vital. She’ll provide you with the guidance and loving kindness support you need to sustain yourself in these challenging times.

Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice which moves fluidly through the Sun Salutations, building heat within the body, and momentum in the breath, all the while, maintaining an inward gaze. With a spiritual focus, this style of yoga is meant to help the practitioner find balance between strength and flexibility – physically as well as mentally. Set to music, Vinyasa Flow is a structured practice with room for freedom of expression.

Yoga for Athletes: Vinyasa Yoga is designed for sports enthusiasts to excel to their fullest potential.

Yoga Nidra Meditation: Yoga Nidra meditation is a guided practice in which each moment is greeted with mindfulness, acceptance, and loving kindness, allowing one to walk through life with ease and stay present to what is.

 Zen Meditation & Practices to Open the Heart:  Zen Meditation and teachings in a relax setting. Thirty minutes of  sitting meditation (chairs provided for those who need them), some walking meditation and then a short talk on  some aspect of Buddhism, drawing primarily from Zen but Vipassana and Tibetan teachings  also taught.  Discussion following talk. Good for beginning (meditation instructions given) and advanced practitioners. All traditions welcome.Thursday’s 10:30am-12:00pm (Starting March 10th)
